Signing Up for Lessons
When I showed up at the ski resort, I thought I knew what I was doing. I quickly realized that I was wrong. I so badly wanted to learn to snowboard, so I decided to join a group lesson. Low and behold, the teacher was the same person who writes the snowboarding blog that I’ve been reading! I knew that I was in good hands. There were ten of us taking the lesson, and it was all very basic stuff like how to stop and even how to fall. I learned a lot, and decided that I’m going to take a few more lessons until I feel comfortable on the slopes.
