Add Pineapple to Recipe
The family and I went out to a new Mexican restaurant in town and I absolutely loved the taco salad recipe they used there. It had the typical fattening shell that the salad comes in, but it also used pineapple in the recipe. I’d never had that in a taco salad recipe before. It gave a wonderful flavor to the recipe. The rest of the family had the typical fare. It always amazes me how fast Mexican restaurants serve up their food. They must have a terribly efficient kitchen and staff back there. I know, I’m weird, I analyze things most people never think about.
