Getting on the Fruit Juice Kick
I used to do it; drink lots of fresh fruit juice that is. At least, I thought it was fresh, but I realize now, as it was in a carton, it was probably nothing like fresh. Then the habit slipped, as did most of my other good habits as far as food and drink are concerned. But I noticed recently I’m forever going down with colds and flu, even in the summer, so I’m taking the healthy diet option more seriously this time. I have put myself a cheap little manual citrus juicer and extracting fresh orange juice every morning to go with my breakfast.
