My Favorite Biceps Exercise
In my opinion, the best biceps exercise is using free weights. I do it every day. And when I’m not at the gym, I do it at home. I love it. I love the burn! I have improved the look of my body so much just by being diligent and consistent. I have come to the conclusion that it really just takes time and consistency to accomplish anything. And I have definitely seen the improvements in my own body and health. I am physically more fit than I have ever been and I have more energy than I ever have had before.
