Monitor Weight Loss
I have heard it said before that losing weight would be easy if the person trying to lose weight to figure out portion control. I highly agree with that because it seems that every time I sit down to what I think would be healthy portions I have not been able to lose weight. I like the idea of bistro md managing a meal program for me that bases my height and weight and other health factors and gives me the portions that I need to effectively lose the weight and manage the portion control part. I can’t cheat if I don’t have extra food.
