Make a Good Choice in Snacks
If you are hungry make sure to eat more protein based foods and snacks. Chances are these days when you are hungry you will reach for sugary, or fried snacks to get you through. A better option is to choose a healthy snack that has plenty of protein. Your stomach workouts will actually begin to pay off if you choose hard boiled eggs instead of a big mac.
