I May Need to Put the Bike Away
When I bought my stationary bike, I did it because I thought it would help me get into shape and lose weight. However, I have been somewhat disappointed. I have been using it regularly for two months, and although I do feel better physically the scale isn’t showing much of a difference. I am also starting to notice that I feel unbalanced, because I am not doing anything to work out my arms. I may need to put away the bike and consider cardio workout alternatives. I heard that weight training is a great way to lose weight, and that when done right it can even double as aerobic exercise.
