Need Muscle Motivation!
Over the last week or so i have had thoughts on why i train…Yes i want to build muscles and gain weight, and yes i want to lose fat but something is always coming up at this point…Half the time i just don’t feel like training and i don’t know why…Example is i do Monday OK Tuesday ok and when i get to Wednesday i just don’t feel like training and i don’t know why…I think to myself my wife loves me for who i am or at 40 why should i have big muscles or some other stuff like that…Is there something wrong with me or is it all in my head…I just sometimes think whats the point i hate being away from my family but the other half of me loves weight training …I just can’t figure my self out anymore…What am i doing wrong?
