Tips for a Great Derriere
One of my resolutions this year is to get in shape and sculpt the best derriere of my life. I know this won’t be a super simple undertaking, though… I happen to have a “pear shaped” body, which means that I gain weight mainly in my hips, buttocks, and thighs. So it’s going to take a little effort to completely reshape my backside. But this year, I have a feeling I’m going to be successful, because one of the tools in my plan is a new eating plan that promises to help me get rid of cellulite while adding some weight training exercises to sclupt and lift my rear end.
