Teachers Prefer The Autonomy Of Arizona Charter Schools

I spent several years as a teacher at an inner-city public school, and it was frustrating for me to see so much potential in students that I couldn’t spend the time to encourage. I wanted to help each child individually, and to spend time helping to build on the strengths of each student. When I decided to go to work for Arizona Charter Schools, I realized that I had found my niche. Now I get to introduce many different teaching styles to my students, and they get the benefit of more personalized instruction time. It is such a worthwhile investment to take the time to offer the best instruction.
