Offshore Jobs Allowed Our Company To Stay Afloat
When our company had to downsize because of decreasing profits, we were all worried about where they were going to make the staffing cuts. Our boss called a meeting, and he said that the only department that would be affected was data entry. We were relieved, and he went on to explain that by using offshore entry level jobs to do some of that work, it would allow all of us to remain full time employees. Now our workload is actually much lighter, and the reports and transcriptions are always done right and on time. This is one change that is definitely for the better!
