Now We Need A Leed Certification
We like to say that we were building green buildings before green became a popular color. Our buildings were always constructed to be energy efficient. They were placed on the lot so as to make the best use of the sun and the prevailing winds. We also implemented as many natural sources of light that was possible. What we did not have in all of those years was a leed certification. The primary reason for that was that we were before leed came down the line. Now we are waiting for our first one to be certified so that we can have a legal claim.
