Issue on Forum posts copyright
Nowadays, forum posts copyright is becoming an issue. Technically whoever writes a post in a forum owns the copyright of it. However, they do assign rights over to the forum owner to do what they like with the posted message. Generally this raises no issues and no one has a problem about it. But as forums are getting more and more popular, the issue of this ownership is coming up more frequently. It becomes a particular issue of someone demands a forum remove all their posts. Most forum owners will not do this because it will ruin discussions and it has not been tested in the court.
