Is Requirements Management A Good Change?
Our company has began to develop teams. It is important that management and the teams talk with each other so that all the needs of the company and the customer are met. This is new to our business and will take awhile to get everyone involved. I am glad to see our company involved with requirements management. I think we will have better products and better communication to enhance our work. The company has been considering going in this direction for over a year. It is exciting to see and be a part of the new changes in this company.
