A little help through the process
It might not be a good thing for people trying to sell their house but I was very happy to see the growing list of taupo houses for sale as it means that as the buyer I will have more bargaining power. This is the first time that I have ever done the whole house buying process so I’m kind of fumbling my way through it a little. The agent I have been dealing with has been very helpful though, I think she is quite used to dealing with first time buyers and realizes that it’s a bit of a daunting thing to do.
